As Director of Copy at fintech app Stash, I refreshed the brand voice—particularly on social—making complex financial topics feel clear, approachable, and culturally relevant. I developed new copy guidelines to shift the tone toward something cooler, more conversational, and less promotional.
Partnering closely with marketing and creative, I helped shape reactive and planned content across Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. The result: an 8.9% increase in total followers from March to April 2022.
