As the Copy Manager of Social Content, I led a team of six copywriters, overseeing storytelling across all platforms. We consistently boosted engagement by pushing Walmart’s brand voice to the edges: wittier, funnier, more culturally relevant.

A key focus was expanding Walmart’s YouTube presence through new episodic series in beauty, home, fashion, and food categories. I supervised the script for Make It Fashion, which became Walmart’s first viral video, earning 30K unpaid views and nearly 1,900 new subscribers. I also led copy for Walmart’s livestream shopping launches, enhancing real-time customer engagement.

In addition, I oversaw copy for Walmart’s interactive video platform, Eko—an initiative backed by Walmart Inc. The content hub featured hundreds of interactive episodes designed for families, including Camp by Walmart’s “Snacktivity,” a playful experience where users could build their own snack combinations, and Cookshop, a shoppable cooking series that let viewers choose their own culinary adventure.
