As Copy Manager of Social Content, I led a team of six copywriters, overseeing storytelling across all platforms. We consistently boosted engagement by pushing Walmart’s brand voice to the edges: wittier, funnier, more culturally relevant.
A key focus was expanding Walmart’s YouTube presence through new episodic series in beauty, home, fashion, and food categories. I supervised the script for Make It Fashion, which became Walmart’s first viral video, earning 30K unpaid views and nearly 1,900 new subscribers. I also led copy for Walmart’s livestream shopping launches, enhancing real-time customer engagement.
